Transformation of an office building in housing made of 11 dwellings. Each dwelling has its own plan, considering the existing concrete structure. Some industrial elements have been preserved to keep the raw side of the building. A housing unit housed in the interior of the block, offering each dwelling its own identity and a different relationship to the surrounding environment.
